Payment Terms Policy


When you purchase and make payment from our Online Store, you agree to the following Payment Terms.

+ 01. Purchasing by Minors:
For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from KutiSkin, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
+ 02. Actions We May Take:
As part of our effort to keep KutiSkin safe and secure, we may take certain actions to reduce liability for users and us.
  • We may make any inquiries that we consider necessary, either directly or through third parties, concerning your identity and creditworthiness:
    • We may cancel any transaction if we believe the transaction violates these ‘Payment Terms Policy’ or our ‘Terms and Conditions’.
    • We may place a delay on a payment for a period of time and limit your ability to make a payment or deactivate your Member Account if we believe doing so may prevent financial loss.
    • We may contact your payment method issuer (i.e. Visa) or law enforcement and share details of any payments you are associated with if we believe doing so may prevent a violation of law.
  • Disputes and Reversals:
    • If you believe that an unauthorized transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately so that we may take action to prevent financial loss.
    • For technical failure or interruption of service the only solution is for you to complete your transaction at a later time.
  • Notices and Amendments to these Payments Terms:
    • We may change the Payment Terms, in whole or in part at any time. Please see note at bottom of this policy.
    • The Payment Terms in place at the time you confirm a transaction will govern that transaction.
  • Other:
    • In the event of any conflict between these ‘Payments Terms’ and the KutiSkin ‘Terms and Conditions’, the ‘Payments Terms’ shall prevail.
+ 03. Making a Purchase Transaction:
When you confirm a transaction on our On-line Store, you agree to be bound by and pay for that transaction.
  • Don't commit to a transaction unless you are ready and willing to pay.
  • When you make a payment, you authorize us and the payment method (i.e. PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, etc) to charge the full amount for the purchase transaction.
  • When you select a payment method, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use that payment method. You also authorize us to collect and store this payment method (not the credit card number) along with other related transaction information.
  • Note the final invoice details of the transaction as your total price may include taxes and/or shipping charges which you are fully responsible for paying.
  • When you order a product that becomes unavailable (out of stock) at the time of packaging, we will contact you immediately giving you a choice of either receiving a credit for the out-of-stock product or substituting with a different product (total price will be adjusted accordingly).
+ 04. Orders for Products and Services:
You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases you make either by credit concurrent with your on-line order or by other payment means acceptable to KutiSkin.
  • You agree to pay all applicable taxes where applicable and shipping charges if noted.
  • If payment is not received by Us from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Us.
  • Certain products that you purchase on this Website may be subject to additional terms and conditions presented to you at the time of such purchase.
  • Shipments to the USA may be subject to Duty and Taxes from the US Government that must be paid by the Buyer
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of your order, without notice and at our discretion, and you will only be charged for quantities actually shipped.
+ 05. Product Information Pricing:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, KutiSkin shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
  • KutiSkin shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and if your credit card charged.
  • Orders placed via the Website are not considered accepted until We have shipped the order.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Website, to change or update information or to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate
  • We will not charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process.
  • If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, KutiSkin shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
  • Note: Credit will be given to the exact credit card number that the purchase was originally made.
+ 06. Accepted Currency:
  • Canada: All orders originating in Canada will be billed in US Dollars.
  • USA: All orders originating in the USA will be billed in US Dollars.
+ 07. Sales Tax:
For Orders Originating in Canada:
  • Goods and Services sold in Canada are subject to the Goods & Services Tax (GST) or the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). In addition, Provincial Sales Tax will be applicable to your purchase depending on the delivery destination.

  • If you are eligible for tax-exemption, simply mail or fax us a photocopy of your tax-exempt card. We will adjust your account to ensure you are charged correctly on your purchase.
  • Tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item.
    • In accordance with applicable tax laws, the total selling price of an item generally will include item-level handling charges, item-level discounts, and an allocation of order-level handling charges and order-level discounts.
  • You will be able to see your total tax amount in your online checkout process prior to submitting your order.
  • KutiSkin does not benefit from the collection of sales tax and we remit all taxes collected directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction.

For Orders Originating outside of Canada:

  • Customers outside of Canada (i.e. USA) pay NO CANADIAN SALES TAX on any purchase shipped to a destination outside of Canada.
+ 08. Payment Method: PayPal
General
  • You must have a registered PayPal account.
  • PayPal is one of the most trusted and secure way to pay on-line. You will have the option to pay either by credit card or debit card for your on-line purchases.
Redirected to a PayPal payment page
  • You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal payments page.
  • Although you are temporarily redirected away from KutiSkin, it is still part of the checkout process.
  • Enter your PayPal username and password and continue.
+ 09. Payment Method: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)
Surcharge
  • KutiSkin will not add any surcharge to your bill for using your credit card to make purchases.
Possible additional charges for orders outside of Canada:
  • If you have a credit card which is based outside of Canada (i.e. United States), prior to ordering you should check with your card issuer to find out if there are any fees involved with dealing with a store in Canada.
  • The amount charged by your credit card issuer can be as high as 3% in some rare instances, and is completely beyond our control.
Troubleshooting Credit Card Payment Errors
  • If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
  • Double check the card type (for example, Visa or MasterCard), the account number and expiration date.
  • Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
  • If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service telephone number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.
Account Verification
  • To prevent unnecessary delays with processing your Order, please ensure that the billing address on your Order matches the information on your credit card account.
  • If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the telephone number on the back of your credit card to confirm.
  • If any verifiable information is not correct, we will need to contact you to obtain the correct information. This WILL delay your Order accordingly.
  • If we feel that any order is being placed to get round our policy, it will be cancelled.

Securing Your Credit Card Number

  • Many shopping sites offer you the ability to save your credit card information on their servers to speed the shopping process. Although it is faster, there is a risk to you if the shopping site has a data breach thus putting your personal financial information at risk.
  • For your security and protection, KutiSkin will never save your credit card information on our servers. Although you must enter this information for each order, it is a more secure process.
Security Codes
  • The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the back of your card, in addition to the account number.
When KutiSkin Charges Your Account
  • Although KutiSkin receives authorization to charge your account prior to shipping your purchase, your credit card is only charged during the shipping process. If your Order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.
  • We may obtain a pre-approval from the issuer of the card for an amount up to the amount of the purchase. We will finalize and bill your card at the time of shipping. If you cancel a transaction before completion, that pre-approval amount may result in your funds not otherwise being immediately available.
+ 10. Payment Method: Western Union or MoneyGram
To pay for your purchase using Western Union or MoneyGram:
  • Canada: All orders originating in Canada will be billed in US Dollars.
  • USA: All orders originating in the USA will be billed in US Dollars.
  • You must complete your Order by selecting ‘Checkout’.
  • After you complete the cart Billing Address select "Continue to next step".
  • Select the method of payment as being "Western Union Money Gram & Check" then select "Complete my purchase".
  • Obtain the ‘final dollar total’ of your Order, including tax and any applicable shipping charges from the email our Customer Care Department will send you.
    • Print that email or write down the Order total amount
  • Visit the Western Union or MoneyGram 'payment centre' office
  • Confirm that your Western Union or MoneyGram document is for the ‘final dollar total’ of the total order.
  • Have the Payment Centre transfer using the routing information below:

  • Email the Western Union ‘Control Number’ or the MoneyGram 'Reference Number' plus the KutiSkin ‘Order Number’ using our Contact Form to the Customer Care Department
  • Note: Customer Care must receive your payment within 7-calendar days after your order is placed or your Order will be cancelled and inventory returned to stock.
  • It is not possible to combine a Western Union or MoneyGram payment with another form of payment method for your order.
  • Please allow one to two business days for order processing after we receive your payment.
+ 11. Payment Method: Certified Cheque / Money Order
To pay for your purchase using a Certified Cheque or Money Order:
  • You must complete your Order by selecting ‘Checkout’.
  • After you complete the cart Billing Address select "Continue to next step".
  • Select the method of payment as being "Western Union Money Gram & Check" then select "Complete my purchase".
  • Obtain the ‘final dollar total’ of your Order, including tax and any applicable shipping charges from the email our Customer Care Department will send you.
    • Print that email or write down the Order total amount
  • Visit your Bank or the nearest branch
  • Confirm that your Certified Cheque / Money Order document is for the ‘final dollar total’ of the total order.
  • Have your Bank make the Certified Cheque / Money Order amount payable to:
    • KutiSkin Corporation.
    • Reference your KutiSkin Order Number with your payment.
  • Mail your payment to:

  • After mailing the payment, use our Contact Form to email the Customer Care confirming that the Certified Cheque / Money Order letter has been mailed.
  • Note: KutiSkin must receive your payment within 10-calendar days after your order is placed or your order will be cancelled and inventory returned to stock.
  • It is not possible to combine a Certified Cheque / Money Order with another form of payment method for your order.
  • Cheques must be in the exact amount
  • Cheques must be drawn on a Canadian financial institution account and preprinted with the member’s name, address and telephone number
  • KutiSkin’s out-of-pocket expenses ($45 CAD) will be payable by the Customer / Member for any cheque returned by the financial institution
  • Please allow one business day for order processing after we receive your payment.
+ 12. Payment Method: Personal Cheque
To pay for your purchase using a Personal Cheque:
  • You must complete your Order by selecting ‘Checkout’.
  • After you complete the cart Billing Address select "Continue to next step".
  • Select the method of payment as being "Western Union Money Gram & Check" then select "Complete my purchase".
  • Obtain the ‘final dollar total’ of your Order, including tax and any applicable shipping charges from the email our Customer Care Department will send you.
    • Print that email or write down the Order total amount
  • Create your cheque and make it payable to:

  • After mailing the payment, use our Contact Form to email the Customer Care confirming that the Personal Cheque letter has been mailed.
  • Note: KutiSkin must receive your payment within 10-calendar days after your order is placed or your order will be cancelled and inventory returned to stock.
  • It is not possible to combine a Personal Cheque with another form of payment method for your order.
  • Please note that the funds must clear the bank (money transferred between your bank account and the KutiSkin bank account) before your Order is mailed to you.
  • Cheques must be in the exact amount
  • All cheques must be issued on member’s chequing account
  • Cheques must be drawn on a Canadian financial institution account and preprinted with the member’s name, address and telephone number
  • KutiSkin’s out-of-pocket expenses ($45 CAD) will be payable by the Customer / Member for any cheque returned by the financial institution
    • This could take 5-10 additional days once the cheque is deposited
  • We will email you when your cheque arrives and when the money has cleared the bank
