Please note that we do not refund or reship Orders if the ‘courier tracking’ information states "delivered." Please contact your local post-office to check the location of your package. Once the package has been shipped or dropped at the post-office, we are no longer aware on how the post-office handles your package.
Please note that regardless of which skincare product you try, you have to give it at least 8-weeks before giving up. As long as you consistently use the product 'As Directed' and stay away from direct sunlight, you should See Results in the First 2-3 Weeks.
1. You can initiate your Return by sending an email using our Contact Form to the Warehouse Department. Tell us the problem and you will receive a response within 48 hours. We promise!
- We need enough information that will allow us to locate your order in our sales history.
- The more details you tell us the quicker we will be able to help you. Please include your full name and if possible try to include your Order Number and the email address that you would like to use for our correspondence.
- If the refund request is due to damages during shipment, please forward pictures of the item you are requesting a refunded.
- A brief explanation of why the product didn't fill your needs or meet your expectations is greatly appreciated so that I can improve customer satisfaction.
- You must notify us prior to sending any Items back so that we will be expecting your package.
Note: Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused at our Warehouse Receiving Door.

2. The following are some basic rules we follow:
- Returns will be accepted only if the Item is returned within 30-days after the delivered date.
- We will, on a case-by-case basis, give a longer Money-Back-Guarantee for special circumstances.
- Your shipping of the Return will be totally free.
- KutiSkin will cover all courier costs necessary to return the Order and if requested, to ship a replacement to you.
- If an Item is defective or damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately
- We genuinely want to replace that Item for you and will happily arrange an exchange.
- Customer must return a minimum of 80% of the unused Item for a refund.
- We will, on a case-by-case basis, allow a different amount for special circumstances.
- Refunds will be made promptly upon receiving the Item back into our warehouse.
- Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your Item(s).
- Please be sure to pack the Item(s) carefully to ensure there is no damage in shipment
- The original Order courier charges are paid directly to the courier company and as such we are unable to give a refund for the 'shipping fee' that you paid when ordering the item.
- If the original Order had 'free shipping' we will factor in a standard rate of $11.95 USD when calculating your refund for the courier charges that is paid directly to the courier company.
- If your return is due to our mistake such as incorrect product or defective product, the shipping is on us.
- Member Purchases are not included in this policy as we do not give Refunds for Member purchases unless the product is damaged during shipment. If you are purchasing a product for the first-time, please purchase through the regular store process so you can gain the benefits of this refund policy.
- We will not refund any credit card fee or any third party payment fee you may have accepted during the original Order
- If we are unable to provide a replacement due to lack of inventory, we will provide the full value of the returned Item in the form of store credit.
- Refunds will be made in the same payment-method and currency used for the original purchase.
- If the Item was originally purchased with a credit card, the refund will be issued to the credit card of the same card number.
- If the original purchase was made by personal cheque or Western Union, the refund will be issued by a KutiSkin’s company cheque and addressed to the same name that is on the original Order.
3. Here are some guidelines when ‘Calculating’ the refund amount:
Complete Order: If you do request a money refund. We will refund 100% of your money (excluding the courier charge as noted below)
Orders less than the FREE Shipping Amount : If the refund consists of all Products of your Order, KutiSkin will refund 100% of your Order excluding the shipping costs that you originally paid.
- The following should only be used as an example of the Refund amount:
Total Order including all taxes = $65.70
Product portion of Order including tax = $51.75
Shipping portion of Order = $13.95
** Refund amount = $51.75
Orders Equal to or Over the FREE Shipping Amount: If the refund consists of all Products of your Order, KutiSkin will refund your Order excluding the flat rate courier cost (i.e $12.50) that will be used for this calculation.
- The following should only be used as an example of the Refund amount. Note that in this example, FREE shipping is $100:
Total Order including all taxes = $142.25
Product portion of Order including tax = $142.25
Flat Rate Shipping cost = $12.50
** Refund amount (excluding flat rate courier cost) = $129.75
Partial Order: If you do request a money refund. We will refund 100% of your money for the Item that is refunded
- The following should only be used as an example of the Refund amount: .. If the Order consists of two (2) Items and each Item is worth $12.50 (includes tax) and the refund consist of one Item, KutiSkin will refund 100% of the one (1) Item.
Total Order including all taxes = $38.95
Product portion of Order including tax = $25.00
Shipping portion of Order = $13.95
Total Item returned including all taxes = $12.50

4. International Shipping (Outside of Canada):
The Purchaser is responsible for Custom Clearance on all international orders. KutiSkin will provide, if possible, support documents requested by local Border Services. If a shipment cannot be cleared, it is the Purchaser's responsibility to request and pay for the return to KutiSkin if the Purchaser requests a refund. All clearance and additional freight charges are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
