When you purchase from our Online Store, you agree to the following Shipping Policy.

Please note that we only Ship to the Greater USA and Canada due to the Unfortunate Challenges we have had over the past years.

+ 01. Shipping Charges:
For the lowest possible shipping cost, be sure to select all the Products you want first, and then go through the checkout process to pay for everything in a single transaction. Your combined shipping discount will be calculated automatically during checkout.
  • Free shipping is based on your order total (before tax and after applying a valid coupon code if one is available).
  • KutiSkin offers free shipping on all Warehouse Member bundle orders and also on all regular orders over $95 USD. To receive FREE shipping:
    • Proceed to checkout with a Warehouse Bundle (Members only) or at least $95 USD of regular Products (before taxes and after applying a valid coupon) in your shopping cart.
    • By default the "Expedited Parcel (Over $95) - Free" or "Warehouse Member Free Delivery - Free" (Members only) is selected.
    • Select the "Continue to payment method" icon at the bottom and enjoy shipping on us!
  • If you change the "Expedited Parcel (Over $95) - Free" or the "Warehouse Member Free Delivery - Free" shipping option to a paid option, your shipping fee will be charged and you will not be refunded.
  • All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation by the courier.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
+ 02. Customs - International Orders (Outside of Canada):
The Purchaser is responsible for Custom Clearance on all international orders. KutiSkin will provide, if possible, support documents requested by local Border Services. If a shipment cannot be cleared, it is the Purchaser's responsibility to request and pay for the return to KutiSkin if the Purchaser requests a refund. All clearance and additional freight charges are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
+ 03. Multiple Product / Item Orders:
For a multiple Product/Item order, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in the order at the same time.
  • Items that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.
  • You will only be charged for Items contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.
    • You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your order/purchase receipt.
  • The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied only to the first Item(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
+ 04. Order Processing:
  • All orders will be processed after receipt and confirmation of payment
    • Orders will not leave our warehouse until validation of full payment.
  • We do not deliver orders to PO Boxes.
  • You are responsible to provide a complete, valid shipping address during checkout.
    • If the address is wrong, you are responsible for all costs associated with replacing and/or reshipping the order.
    • If you pay with PayPal Express, please ensure that the address you have on file with PayPal is correct. If not, you must correct it with PayPal prior to completing checkout.
  • If you need to cancel your order, or correct/change your shipping address, do it before 8:00 PM EST the same day of your purchase.
    • Please use our Contact Form to email the Warehouse Department with the changes before 8:00 PM EST the same day of your purchase.
    • If the Customer chooses to cancel his/her Order AFTER the order has been shipped, the requested refund will be denied since we have no means or method of returning the order back to our Warehouse.
    • Orders made after 8:00 PM EST may not be able to cancel as the package may be already given to the carrier.
+ 05. Order / Package Leaving KutiSkin Warehouse:
  • All Orders will ship that evening or the next business day.
  • Although your Order may be given to the carrier during the weekend, the carrier will not process or ship on Saturday or Sunday
  • Although your Order may be given to the carrier during the following Canadian holidays, the carrier will not process or ship the package during:
    • New Year's Day
    • Family Day
    • Good Friday
    • Easter Monday
    • Victoria Day
    • Canada Day
    • Civic Holiday (August
    • Labour Day
    • Thanksgiving
    • Christmas Day
    • Boxing Day
+ 06. Order Tracking:
  • Login to the "Customer/Member Account" at the top of our website to view the status of your order(s).
  • You will be provided with details on where your order currently stands within our shipping process.
  • A courier tracking number is automatically assigned to every order purchased at KutiSkin.
  • Once your products have been shipped from our warehouse, you can use the tracking number provided to track your order when it leaves our warehouse.
  • Order status is available within 24 hours of making a purchase.
  • You may also view your order status by logging into your on-line account and clicking "Order History".
+ 07. Courier Delivery Times (KutiSkin Warehouse to Your Door):
  • We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by KutiSkin as an estimate:
    • Within Ontario ............................................ 2-4 Business Days
    • Outside Ontario to a Major City ..................... 2-7 Business Days
    • Outside Ontario and Outside a Major City ........ 2-13 Business Days
    • Greater USA Area ........................................ 2-15 Bus Days (3-Weeks)
  • We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or Product availability.
  • Delivery confirmation service by the courier is automatically given for all shipments within the Greater USA and Canada areas.
  • If the Order will not fit in your regular mail receptacle, the courier will leave a 'Safe Drop' card informing you that the Order must be picked-up at your nearest Post Office location.
    • Please ensure you pick-up the Order within 2-days
    • When you go to the Post Office, please ensure you bring the 'Safe Drop' card plus proper ID indicating your address location
  • We keep proof of delivery and postage for all Orders shipped within the Greater USA and Canada areas. In the unlikely event of a problem delivery, KutiSkin will provide you with the proof of postage.
+ 08. Missing Packages:
If any order is not delivered to you within 10-days, please use our Contact Form to email our Warehouse Department .
  • Packages can sometimes get delayed. We are unable to declare a package is lost until 15 working days after it leaves our warehouse.
  • When delivered, we will receive the ‘proof of delivery’ by the Postal Service.
    • We do not refund or reship orders if the tracking information indicates "delivered".
  • Please contact your local post office to check the whereabouts of your package.
    • Once the package has been shipped KutiSkin is no longer aware of how the post office handles the delivery.
    • When the tracking information states "delivered", either the post office will deliver it that same day or they are holding the package at their office.
+ 09. Insurance (within the Greater USA and Canada Only):
  • KutiSkin automatically provides FREE shipping insurance with every order!
  • Damage claims must be filed within 2-days of receipt of your shipment. Please use our Contact Form to email the Warehouse Department explaining what was damaged and we will start the process.
  • Please forward a picture of the damage on the item.
  • IMPORTANT: Insurance does not cover theft, loss or damage that occurs after the shipping carrier has made delivery.
    • Once the carrier has confirmed delivery, no lost shipment claims can be accepted.
    • KutiSkin will be happy to assist with filing mail theft and/or police reports when appropriate.
